








Biography
Producer | Film Production | Veteran Advocate
Tracy is a third-generation U.S. Navy veteran who served in Naval Intelligence in the Middle East and South Korea. She is a passionate advocate for veterans and underrepresented communities in media, with over 20 years of experience in film production and studio operations in both New York and Los Angeles.
Her extensive production credits include World Trade Center (Oliver Stone), Click (Columbia Pictures), Get Him to the Greek (Universal), New Year’s Eve (Garry Marshall), HBO’s Boardwalk Empire and Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Sidney Lumet’s final film Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead. Tracy also worked as a production coordinator on DriverX, starring Patrick Fabian (Better Call Saul), which was released theatrically by IFC Films/Sundance Selects and is currently available on all major streaming platforms.
Most recently, Tracy produced The Last Deal, which premiered in theaters in 2023 and was featured in The New York Times as one of the top action movies to watch. The film earned Best Director at the Boston Film Festival and the Jury Prize for Best Performance at the San Antonio Film Festival. It is streaming on all major platforms and is available on the Starz & Encore networks.
Tracy previously worked as Director of Talent Relations at Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) within the DC Comics division. In that role, she built and maintained strong relationships with a wide range of creative talent, managing contracts, production events & logistics.
In addition to her work in Talent Relations, Tracy also served as a board member and co-chair of Valor / Salute, WBD’s veterans-focused diversity business resource group. In this leadership role, she collaborated with WBD executives and business partners to define and implement meaningful diversity and inclusion strategies. In 2019, she was honored with the Warner Bros. Veteran of the Year Award for her outstanding contributions to the Warner Bros. Entertainment group and the veteran community.
Tracy is a leadership fellow with Veterans in Media & Entertainment (VME), a graduate of the Southern California/LA Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, and was selected as a fellow in the Netflix Animation Foundations Program.
She is a proud member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA), Women in Film (WIF), Film Independent, the American Film Institute (AFI), Women in Film and TV UK (WFTV), The Gotham, and Veterans in Media & Entertainment (VME).

Service has always been central to Tracy Martin’s life and career. Her commitment to giving back has taken shape through initiatives that support veterans, empower diverse creators, and strengthen opportunities across both the entertainment industry and the broader community.
At Warner Bros. Discovery, Tracy co-chaired Salute, the company’s veterans business resource group. In this role, she focused on building programs that fostered inclusion, strengthened support for military employees, and created meaningful connections within the studio community. For this work, she was honored with the Warner Bros. Veteran of the Year Award.
She also helped oversee and led the Milestone Comics Diversity Program at DC, an initiative that amplified underrepresented voices and created new opportunities for diverse creators within the legendary Milestone imprint. Her leadership contributed to developing mentorship pipelines and programming that continue to inspire more inclusive storytelling today.
Tracy’s outreach extends beyond studio walls. She was selected as a Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Fellow, where she collaborated with civic and business leaders on community strategies to expand equity and opportunity. She also serves as a leadership fellow with Veterans in Media & Entertainment (VME), mentoring veterans who are pursuing careers in film and television.
Whether advocating for veterans, uplifting diverse creators, or partnering with community leaders, she is committed to ensuring that the stories told on screen reflect authentic voices and diverse experiences.
